Rosie the Riveter

Rosie the Riveter is a cultural icon of the United States, representing the American women who worked in war factories during World War II. As a manufacturing center of the East Coast – Linden, New Jersey was home to many “Rosies.”
The following pictures show a Rosie the Riveter reunion that took place in the main hanger of the Linden Airport, on Sunday, September 12, 1999.
